This week’s 3 for Thursday gets its three from one source, neuroscientist V.S. Ramachandran’s TED Talk on 3 clues for understanding your brain. In it he covers Capgras Delusion, Phantom Limb, and Synesthesia, demonstrating (around the 22 minute mark) that all of us have something of the latter.

In a scientific breakthrough, researchers from Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University tagged molecules flourecently and stimulated the hippocampus (the region responsible for creating memories in the brain) of mice.
